Integrated Office Solutions has worked with law firms since 1995. We design and maintain Word templates, document automation and Microsoft 365 systems that keep legal teams working efficiently and consistently.
Our history
In the early 90s, Debbie and Sue were providing freelance consultancy and training services to law firms. During this time, they noticed a recurring trend: a lack of appreciation and under-utilisation of the incredible capabilities offered by Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office).
Nigel joined the team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, document management and workflow. Together, they launched Integrated Office Solutions in 1995.
The business was driven by a singular mission: to empower legal professionals to use Microsoft 365 to its fullest potential. By doing so, law firms can maximise Microsoft’s productivity functionality to get more work done, in less time, on brand.
The business idea has withstood the test of time. While our services portfolio has grown during the past 30 years, our corporate goals remain the same, this being to assist law firms to move away from Microsoft’s one-size-fits-all approach to a totally tailored configuration.

Debbie Probert

Debbie is truly passionate about empowering law firms to unlock the full potential of the Microsoft suite, often revealing remarkable capabilities they never thought possible. It’s why Debbie’s our resident expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and proven technology wizard.
Debbie designs and develops custom templates and automation for legal practices of all sizes and specialisms - giving them an easy-to-use yet highly sophisticated document production toolkit.
Sue Taylor

Sue is highly respected in the legal sector, having worked within and for law firms as a secretary, and subsequently in a training and support capacity for varied IT-related projects.
Sue’s self-confessed passion is to enable software users, regardless of their role or level of competence, to get the very best out of their technology.
Sue’s role is to deliver customisation and training services, across a wide range of law-office software and procedures, according to requirements, timescales and budgets.
Nigel Partridge

Following a successful sales management and marketing career, working mainly for American companies launching new technology in Europe, Nigel moved into the legal industry as a director of Integrated Office Solutions in 1995.
Nigel’s previous experience includes workflow, document and image processing, and document management. Working with some of the world's leading consultants, his clients have ranged from high-end businesses to government organisations, and everything in between.
