Integrated Office Solutions has worked with law firms since 1995. We design and maintain Word templates, document automation and Microsoft 365 systems that keep legal teams working efficiently and consistently.
Our history
In the early 1990s, Debbie and Sue worked with law firms as freelance consultants and trainers, supporting Microsoft Office and legal technology. They kept seeing the same issues: under-used software, fragile templates and document systems that were harder to manage than they needed to be.
Nigel later joined with a background in technology sales and marketing, and together they formed Integrated Office Solutions in 1995.
From the start, the focus was simple. Help law firms get more from the tools they already had by building practical, tailored systems that worked reliably day to day.
More than 30 years on, that focus has not changed. Today we specialise in Microsoft 365, document automation and template systems that make everyday work easier for legal teams.

Debbie Probert

Debbie works closely with law firms to help them get more from Microsoft 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. She designs and develops custom templates and automation that make document production faster and more consistent. Clients value her calm, methodical approach and her knack for turning complex requirements into simple, reliable tools.
Sue Taylor

Sue has worked both within law firms and alongside them, beginning her career as a legal secretary before moving into training and IT support roles. She delivers training and system customisation across Microsoft 365 and other law office software, helping users at all levels work more confidently and efficiently. Her clear, practical approach helps teams feel comfortable and confident using their everyday technology.

Nigel joined Integrated Office Solutions in 1995 after a career in sales and marketing, working with technology companies launching new products across Europe. His commercial and strategic experience has helped shape the direction and growth of the business over many years. He remains closely involved behind the scenes, providing oversight and continuity for the team.
